Seeking a highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated administrative assistant to support the Investor Relations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations to support the IR team. This team handles inbound requests from prospects and clients daily, along with scheduling meetings, updating internal trackers and CRM systems, and arranging travel. The role is fast-paced, and attention to detail is essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the Investor Relations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining relevant files and documents.
- Manage the calendar and day-to-day tasks of the Director of Investor Relations.
- Ensure the timely processing of documentation related to investor transactions and communications.
- Maintain and update investor contact databases, ensuring accurate and timely records.
- Assistance with tracking and compiling feedback from investors and analysts and preparing summaries.
- Assistance in the preparation and distribution of investor communications and monthly materials.
- Assist with gathering, entering, and analyzing data for IR meetings.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other office productivity tools.
- Sufficiency in using and maintaining data in a CRM platform.
- Previous administrative or support experience in investor relations, data entry, or corporate communications at a financial firm is required.
- Experience with CRM systems such as salesforce. Dynamo is a plus.
