Are you a master of logistics with a passion for live events, vibrant atmospheres, and unforgettable experiences? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized Festival Events Coordinator to help us plan, manage, and execute top-tier festival activations and events.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate all event logistics from pre-planning through post-event wrap-up
- Manage vendor relationships, permits, contracts, and on-site operations
- Liaise with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure brand alignment and event success
- Create run-of-show timelines and contingency plans
- Ensure smooth load-in/load-out and real-time troubleshooting on event days
- Maintain event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Track metrics and provide post-event recaps and performance analysis
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in event coordination, especially with festivals, pop-ups, or activations
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Creative problem-solver with a “get-it-done” attitude
- Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours (weekends, evenings)
- Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, CRM, or other project management tools
