We’re looking for an Influence Marketing Associate to support the execution of influencer-focused campaigns across our client portfolio. Reporting into the Director of Influence Marketing, this role will work cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate influencer programs, manage campaign logistics, and contribute to reporting and performance insights. You are an organized, creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and a passion for influencer marketing and social media.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support the integration of influencer marketing into larger client strategies across departments
- Partner with project teams on influencer budget allocation and planning
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to help track KPIs and performance
- Contribute to the development of client reporting and performance analysis
- Assist in managing influencer budgets and contracts
- Help plan and produce influencer activations, both on-site and off-site
- Serve as point of contact for content creators during campaign activations and events
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Support operational and budget tracking for The Arts Insider program
- Maintain agency influencer database and assist with Arts Insider member onboarding and communication
- Update and manage the Arts Insider member portal
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 1-3 years of experience in social media and/or influence marketing
- Strong interest in influencer marketing and social media strategy
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Suite, and social media platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for arts, culture, and digital trends

- A competitive salary between $52,000- $65,000, commensurate withexperience and time in the field
