Job Description
Stage-Global is looking for a Program Coordinator Placements to join our team in New York. As a Program Coordinator Placements, you will get involved in various areas of exchange program arrangements, providing essential support to our company.
Key responsibilities:
- Placement Coordination: Arrange internship placements for students and young professionals at companies in the United States. Successfully managing relations with host businesses and students/trainees in the process of finding an ideal professional match for each participant.
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential candidates interested in Stage-Global programs.
- Business Administration: Handle a variety of administrative tasks in order to ensure smooth operations within the team.
- Function as a liaison between host businesses in the destination countries, and international candidates for internship and traineeship opportunities.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Experience or interest in recruitment/job placement
- You are organized, have an eye for detail, customer success driven, quality controller, stress-resistant, persuasive, and an enthusiastic team player!
- You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and are motivated to arrange placements for both host companies and candidates.
- Located in the United States with valid work permit
