Marketing Intern – We Belong Here
Remote | Part-Time Internship | College Credit Only
About We Belong Here:
We Belong Here is a next-generation music and culture brand reimagining the festival experience. From 360° stages to intimate pop-up events in iconic locations, our mission is to create moments of connection and belonging through music, art, and community.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Intern to join our team. This remote role offers hands-on experience in the day-to-day marketing tasks essential to selling a music festival and creating a world-class hospitality experience that begins before attendees even walk through the gates. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Team—learning directly from the company Founders and Marketing Directors—to support daily operations, administrative tasks, and logistical needs that keep our campaigns running smoothly.
Work will be remote; however, you’ll be expected to be on site for our 5th Anniversary of We Belong Here: Miami—an event that has featured artists like Kaskade, Lane 8, Eric Prydz, and more. Florida and New York based applicants are preferred; however, we welcome applicants from all over who have a strong passion for dance music and a deep understanding of the culture.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the marketing team with daily administrative and organizational tasks.
- Help manage customer service inquiries via email and support channels.
- Coordinate marketing timelines, asset requests, and team communication.
- Maintain internal documents, reports, and tracking sheets related to campaigns and partnerships.
- Assist with event preparation, scheduling, and coordination leading up to major festival dates.
- Stay informed about the music, festival, and entertainment industries to bring context and insight to your work.
Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university and eligible to receive academic credit.
- Ability to start the internship immediately & continue through the end of Spring 2026.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Prior administrative or marketing support experience preferred, but not required.
- Passion for live music, festivals, and the entertainment industry.
What You’ll Gain:
- Hands-on experience working with a leading music festival and events brand.
- Exposure to the behind-the-scenes operations of large-scale event marketing.
- Mentorship from a dynamic, experienced marketing team.
- Opportunities for growth and potential advancement within We Belong Here.
