The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Office Manager to keep our fast-paced, entrepreneurial firm running smoothly. This role combines day-to-day office management with high-level projects that will shape our future infrastructure, offering significant growth potential toward a COO-level position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an efficient, well-organized workspace
- Support partners with special projects, business development, and brand initiatives
- Streamline systems, document processes, and improve automation firm-wide
- Manage organizational tools (Dropbox, CRM, contract templates)
- Implement new technologies and scalable processes
- Provide occasional in-person support, errands, and office setup as needed
Who You Are
- 2-3+ years in business operations, office management, or similar
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems (Clio experience a plus)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and collaborative
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, startup-style environment with diverse responsibilities
- “No task too small” mindset
