Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy & implementation of the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
- Develop and curate compelling content calendars and interactive media that effectively communicates and reinforces brand identity and consistency across all visual elements and written copy, including tone, voice, and terminology
- Assist in creative asset execution, including filming, editing, and optimizing organic Reels & TikTok content on programs such as Capcut, as well as basic graphic design using programs like Canva, Figma, and/or Adobe
- Engage in regular community management of all accounts, including replying to comments & DMs, interacting with other relevant accounts/partners, etc.
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
- Spearhead regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success.
- Work alongside other marketing team members, including account executives, paid media marketers, and graphic designers, to sync content, when appropriate, to more large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
- Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
- Assist in copywriting for emails, blogs, websites, etc, as needed.
- Supervise & delegate tasks of other Social Media Associates.
Skills + Qualifications Needed:
· 2+ years coordinating and managing event marketing/social.
· 2+ years experience in developing and executing social media strategies, including creating editorial calendars, managing moderation, conducting social listening, generating sentiment reports, and identifying emerging trends.
· Experience in the following programs a plus: CapCut, Canva, Brandwatch, Figma, Adobe
· Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or food service industry
· Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field.
· Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
· Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time in extreme weather conditions
· Flexibility to travel throughout the year (up to 25% including some nights and weekends)
