The company was founded by Pasquale Rotella and has been based in Los Angeles since it was formed in 1993.
THE ROLE
We’re seeking a People Operations Intern to support our team with administrative tasks, recruiting coordination, inbox management, and company project support. This role provides hands-on experience across a variety of People Ops functions while keeping the day-to-day work flexible based on team and business needs. This is a paid internship and is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling and gather candidate availability
- Assist with candidate communication and general recruiting logistics
- Monitor, triage, and organize the recruiting inbox
- Support People Operations with administrative tasks, data entry, and document upkeep
- Help update templates, forms, and internal resources
- Assist with planning and preparation for company activities or team initiatives
- Conduct research or help organize information for company-related projects
- Support process improvements or internal communication projects as needed
- Track follow-ups, deadlines, and ongoing tasks
- Shadow training opportunities across different People Operations functions
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age and currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or trade school
- Must be able to work onsite in the Calabasas, CA office at least three days a week for 8 hours per day
- Typical commitment is 24–29 hours per week, generally on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
- Must be motivated with an “everything is possible” attitude
- Must be an active problem solver with a strong sense of urgency for projects both large and small
- Knowledge of dance music and Insomniac’s brands is a plus
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and drastic temperature climates while working on site at various event location
- Must be able to work in open concept office space

The hourly pay rate for this position is $18.00 USD.

The Expected Compensation For This Position Is
$16.50 USD - $18.00 USD Hourly
- Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
