INFAMOUS PR is hiring an Associate Music Publicist to join our US Events team. This role supports PR, media relations, creator programs, and cultural partnership outreach across some of the most influential festivals and live events in North America.

What You’ll Do
Campaign Execution- Run artist outreach across festival lineups (interviews, editorial features, mixes, playlists, and social content)
- Manage audio recording distribution programs, including approvals and delivery (e.g., Apple Music DJ Mixes)
- Pitch and secure coverage across dance music media and relevant regional outlets
- Drive pre-promotional coverage: previews, online/social giveaways, and digital opportunities
- Manage commercial + college radio relations (giveaways, interviews, mixes, in-studio visits)
- Distribute lineup announcements, event news, and key marketing moments
- Lead creator outreach, negotiations, and deliverable management (with guidance from senior team)
- Conduct creative partnership outreach to brands, local businesses, hospitality groups, nightlife collectives, and cultural organizations
- Support on-site press operations: interview coordination, media/creator hosting, content capture
Administrative & Campaign Management- Maintain campaign planners, media grids, tracking docs, and weekly reporting
- Manage press lists, approvals/denials, credentials, advancing, and festival press logistics
- Draft agendas, take detailed call notes, and clearly communicate action items
- Update shared databases across media, creators, and focus markets
- Run Mailchimp sends for announcements, blasts, and segmented lists
- Keep internal workflow documents current across all active campaigns
- Support communication with internal teams to keep deliverables aligned
Creator Program- Own outreach, research, negotiation, coverage tracking, and deliverable collection
- Identify creators across lifestyle, music, nightlife, fashion, travel, and regional markets
- Ensure creators receive briefs, timelines, credentials, and assets
- Track coverage and compile post-campaign recaps
Creative Partnership Outreach- Pitch local businesses, hospitality partners, nightlife collectives, and cultural organizations
- Build co-branded concepts, curated experiences, seeding moments, giveaways, and digital content
- Assist with partnership briefs, expectation-setting, and deliverable coordination
On-Site Festival Support- Run press operations on the ground (interviews, creator mgmt., media escorting)
- Facilitate social takeovers and real-time content opportunities
- Represent INFAMOUS externally at festivals and industry events
What You Bring- 1–2 years PR experience in music, entertainment, festivals, or culture (agency preferred)
- Experience working on-site at music events
- Excellent writing + communication skills
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple timelines
- Fluency in AI tools (ChatGPT)
- Familiarity with Slack, Asana, Mailchimp, Google Workspace
- Deep knowledge of electronic music, festivals, nightlife, and dance music media
- Comfortable working with artists, high-profile partners, and fast-moving teams
Compensation & Benefits- $50,000–$55,000 salary range
