THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Community Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team, with a primary focus on our festival portfolio. This role is all about creating community buzz, strengthening local relationships, and helping us understand the markets we serve. The ideal candidate is passionate about live music, thrives in face-to-face community engagement, and is skilled at grassroots outreach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Grassroots Marketing
- Execute local marketing campaigns to build awareness and drive ticket sales.
- Coordinate street team activity, poster/flyer distribution, and other on-the-ground promotions.
- Represent Peachtree Entertainment at community events, meetings, and activations.
Community & Partnership Outreach
- Build relationships with chambers of commerce, CVBs, tourism boards, community organizations, and local businesses.
- Partner with local businesses to create fun promotional activations such as trivia nights, karaoke, themed specials, and co-branded events.
- Develop partnerships with Universities, and Greek life organizations to drive festival engagement.
Market Research
- Conduct research on festival markets to identify audience trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on local data and feedback.
- Track grassroots campaign performance and deliver reporting to the marketing team.
Support Festival Marketing
- Assist with digital and social campaigns by providing community-driven content and ideas.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Support on-site marketing activations during festival weekends as needed
WHAT YOU BRING
REQUIRED:
- 1–3 years of marketing, community engagement, or event-related experience (internships considered).
- Passion for live music, entertainment, and building local connections.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable with grassroots marketing (street team, canvassing, direct outreach).
- Willingness to travel to festival markets and work weekends as needed.
