The Role
Peachtree Entertainment is seeking two highly organized, results-driven Festival Marketing Managers to help execute full-funnel marketing campaigns for our growing portfolio of outdoor music festivals. These roles are ideal for a passionate marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help drive campaign strategy and performance from announcement through sellout. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Festival Marketing, these two people will be instrumental in campaign execution, creative development, digital performance monitoring, and cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Budget Support
- Build and support the execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns for festival brands, ensuring each festival’s key milestones are effectively promoted across channels.
- Own their respective festival(s) brand, ensuring consistency of voice across channels and deliverables.
- Assist with campaign planning, media buying, and budget tracking, ensuring deliverables align with strategic goals and timelines.
- Partner with external media agencies to traffic creative and monitor digital media campaign performance.
- Manage, create, and own the festival(s) Email + SMS calendars across all owned channels, coordinating with Content Marketing Manager for execution.
- Manage invoice tracking and assist with budget reconciliations.
Cross-Departmental & Artist Relations
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for internal teams (ticketing, partnerships, fan experience), ensuring marketing deliverables are aligned across departments.
- Support communication and asset routing to artist teams, ensuring timelines and approvals are met.
Creative Planning & Content Support
- Coordinate with creative team(s) to develop assets for social media, email, and SMS around festival milestones.
- Help gather photo/video selects and support content recaps post-event for Partnerships and PR team.
Fan Engagement Support
- Assist with interactive fan activations and promotions, including contesting and VIP upgrades.
Reporting & Analytics
- Compile and maintain weekly marketing trackers highlighting ticket trends, digital performance, and campaign highlights.
- Participate in post-event recap presentations with learnings and recommendations.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in entertainment, festival, or sports marketing (live events or promoter experience preferred).
- Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of digital advertising and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects across festivals.
- Passion for live music and a fan-first mindset.
