Job Description
In late January, we announced that Bridgefield Capital signed an agreement to acquire Philips’ Emergency Care business which includes leading brands and products like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 monitor defibrillators, Tempus monitor and Tempus ALS systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. We expect the transaction to close at the end of 2025.
With Bridgefield’s support and building on our 40+ year legacy of growth and innovation in emergency medical technology, the Emergency Care business will continue passionately pursuing our mission of saving lives, lowering the cost of healthcare, and advancing the science of resuscitation while serving the public access AED, EMS, military, and hospital market segments.

Talent Acquisition Specialist
This role will be instrumental in shaping the Talent Acquisition policies and path forward as this Business grows. This Specialist will find and partner with 3rd party agencies, as required, to create the flow of necessary candidates in our unique locations across the globe
Your role:
- Be the face of this new business to the candidates, creating energy and engagement for those who would be a great fit for this dynamic business.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with Hiring and HR Managers, gaining deep business knowledge to proactively influence decision-making using market data and providing strategic talent acquisition guidance.
- Ensures a best-in-class experience for both hiring managers and candidates by delivering timely updates, transparent feedback, career consulting, and acting as a trusted talent advisor throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into a clear, actionable recruitment plan that meets time, budget, and quality requirements.
- Ensures a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging agreed-upon channels, and aligning candidates’ ambitions with the organization’s business needs.
- Leads ongoing communications with the interview team before and after interviews to ensure alignment on objectives, provide feedback, and support efficient and compliant decision-making processes.
- Guides the end-to-end offer process, ensuring alignment with organizational compensation guidelines, negotiating with candidates, and managing their expectations to achieve successful onboarding.
- Works with external agencies in the areas where we need to approach recruiting differently.
You're the right fit if:
- You have acquired minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition, Talent Onboarding, Employee Engagement.
- Your skills include Stakeholder management, Talent Acquisition Strategy, recruitment Policies & Processes, Data Analysis & Interpretation, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- You have a Bachelor's / master's degree in business administration, Human Resource (HR), Organizational Development or equivalent.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You are a proactive professional, passionate about team collaboration, resilient and with a growth mindset.
How We Work Together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA is $131,040 to $209,664
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
