About the Role:

A highly desirable and noteworthy design studio with a growing Miami presence is seeking a Project Manager to join their interiors team. Known for its thoughtful approach to design, the studio works across boutique hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects that prioritize quality, creativity, and functionality.

This role is ideal for a skilled Project Manager with a strong foundation in interior architecture and a passion for delivering distinctive, design-led spaces. You’ll take the lead on a diverse range of projects, managing timelines, collaborating with consultants, and ensuring high standards are met throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects through all phases, from concept through completion
Coordinate drawing sets and procurement documentation with precision
Manage schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination
Represent the studio in client and contractor meetings
Ensure design integrity is maintained throughout delivery
Mentor junior designers and contribute to team-wide collaboration

Key Skills / Requirements:

Background in interior architecture, architecture, or a related field
Proven experience in hospitality and/or luxury residential projects
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Strong knowledge of custom furniture, finishes, and FF&E
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit and SketchUp a plus
Highly organized, proactive, and confident, managing multiple workstreams
