Job Description:
We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for organizing and overseeing important events from conception through completion. Previous experience not required.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all event activities and personnel
Distribute all meeting information and supplies to attending personnel
Meet with clients and coordinate with them regularly
Handle, coordinate and oversee all event operations
Supervise event preparation activities
Offer solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner
Analyze and evaluate event’s results
Create reports
Qualifications:
Bilingual Polish (preferred but not required)
Proficient in MS Office
Strong project managing skills
Exceptional organization skills required
Detail-oriented
Works well under pressure
Self-starter
Ability to multitask and work well in teams
