About The Job
The On Premise Festival & Event Manager plays a critical role within the organization's national festival & 3rd party event strategy. This position will lead key relationships – both nationally and regionally – and will be responsible for the overall negotiation, planning, development, project management, and success of all sponsored Music Festivals and 3rd Party Events in their territory and beyond. Travel 40-50% required.
Must have 3+ years of experience in live event production and experiential marketing, with proven festival experience.
Strong relationships and respected reputation with festival promoters, vendors, and industry leaders required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
