Creative Producer - Sports Drink / Athletic Lifestyle
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator / Producer to oversee and manage all aspects of video production. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and vendors.
This is a 6-month, 40 hour per week, hybrid contract in Whitestone, NY. It does require travel (30-40%) and in-person attendance at shoots, often on weekends, or for a 3-5 day duration of time.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Support & Agency Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for photo, video, and content shoots-including schedules, bidding, bookings and product shipments
- Maintain and update production calendars, timelines, and workback schedules
- Leading role in communications and coordination with external agency partners
- Track deliverables across multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist in the trafficking, formatting, and quality control (QC) of final creative assets
- Work closely with the production team and creatives to manage internal feedback loops and approvals
- Internal Communication & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Act as a liaison between creative, brand, social, and other marketing teams to ensure project alignment
- Maintain clear documentation on project specs, file naming conventions, and delivery protocols
- Facilitate internal meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items as needed
- Vendor & Asset Management
- Help source and coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and production partners as needed
- Manage asset tracking, storage, and organization in our digital asset management (DAM) system
- Assist in processing vendor invoices and tracking production budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required
- Location - Must work from BASN HQ in Whitestone, Queens
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in creative production or agency/studio coordination
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills and the ability to work quickly under tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at once with precision
- Travel required (30-40%) by plane or car.
- Position requires in-person attendance at shoots, often on weekends or for a 3-5 day duration of time
- Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to drive long distances.
- Motor Vehicle Records must satisfy Company standards per Driving Policy.
- DAM (Digital Asset Management) experience
- Working knowledge of production timelines, workflows, and terminology
- Experience supporting video/photo production shoots (on-set or remote coordination)
- Familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and follow-through
